Russell W. Weiss, 40, has been named to the new position of senior vice president of Micro Mask Inc., a Sunnyvale-based high technology company. He previously was vice president-marketing, sales and corporate development. Johnny H. Ashcraft, 47, previously vice president-controller and treasurer, has been named vice president-finance and chief financial officer. Edward C. Grady has been named vice president-marketing and sales. Grady, 40, previously worked in sales, marketing and engineering capacities at Monsanto Company.
