‘Toxic’ Spill at Airport in N.Y. Found to Be Paint

NEW YORK — Hundreds of passengers were delayed Friday at Kennedy Airport when American Airlines employees spilled a liquid that was labeled toxic. Three workers who were exposed to the liquid were sent to a hospital for observation, but it was later determined that the liquid was paint.
