Harte-Hanks Communications, a Texas media concern, has agreed in principle to sell two television stations to Gannett Co. for $155 million. The stations in question are WFMY-TV in Greensboro, N.C., and WTLV-TV in Jacksonville, Fla. Gannett currently operates eight TV stations, 18 radio stations and more than 100 newspapers.
