West Virginian Chosen for U.S. Marshal’s Post

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — President Reagan will nominate William Robert Hair of Weirton, W. Va., to be U.S. marshal for the northern district of West Virginia, the White House announced Tuesday. He previously was chief of the Weirton Police Department.
