News/talk radio station KSDO-AM (1130) scored first-place honors for excellence in radio broadcasting in Columbia University’s 23rd annual Major Armstrong Awards program.
Judges arrived at their decision after reviewing two KSDO news specials, “When the Shaking Starts,” about earthquake preparedness, and “The War on Drugs: Hope or Hype?”
