City semifinals: A different drama for Fremont-Taft

The second City Section Championship Division semifinal is already a taut affair.

Taft is leading Fremont, 20-17, early in the second quarter.

But the underdog Pathfinders are showing no fear of playing the City’s top-seeded team, or playing in the Galen Center.

Oops, I might have been hasty.

Taft has sunk back-to-back threes to open a 26-17 lead with 5:09 left in the first half.
