Boys’ soccer: Photographic evidence of Royal’s wild-card triumph

Regrettably, I didn’t get a shot of Joe Acevedo’s amazing goal in Royal’s 2-0 Division I wild-card victory over Highland. I’m a little bummed about that because I was taking more pictures than a Britney Spears ambulance chaser.

I’m still getting a used to being a photographer with a civilian digital camera, so please show me some mercy on the comment board if some of photos are blurry. Also, I can’t believe how cold it got during the course of the game. I’m glad I wasn’t the one running around in soccer shorts.

I’m now off to Westlake to see who will play Harvard-Westlake in the first round of the boys’ Division I-AA basketball playoffs on Friday. I think the Warriors will take this one tonight, but never discount Kevin Ryan and the boys from El Segundo.
