While next weekend’s dual championships focus on the team aspect of the sport, this weekend’s league finals are mainly geared toward crowning individual league champions and advancing wrestlers further into the postseason, starting with the divisional round in two weeks. It varies from league to league just how many wrestlers advance in each weight class.

Some of the more dominant schools this weekend included: South Hills, with 13 San Antonio League champions; Laguna Hills, with 11 Pacific Coast League champs and all 14 wrestlers advancing (the Hawks also won the team tournament title); and Temecula Valley, with 11 Southwestern League champs and 13 wrestlers advancing.
