Girls’ basketball: Bell-Jeff gets a measure of revenge

It was a Santa Cruz League showdown between the top two teams in the Southern Section’s Division IV-AA coaches’ poll and Bell-Jeff came out on top.

Thanks to a 17-point performance by Shelley Gupilan, No. 2 Bell-Jeff pulled off a 63-57 victory over St. Mary’s Academy to avenge a loss to the Belles last month.
