David Rosas, 23, a young Latino man, was shot and killed at 6257 Atlantic Ave. in Bell at about 5:48 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4. According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, the man was transported by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:18 p.m.
