Median listing prices in greater Los Angeles slipped another $3,000 over the past week, and are now running 13.5% below year-ago levels, according to Housing Tracker’s analysis of MLS listings.
Highlights: Median listing prices dropped from $478,000 to $475,000; inventory of unsold homes and condos rose to 41,653, an increase of 36.7% over year-ago levels.
