Floridians will vote this fall on restoring voting rights to 1.5 million felons

Florida is one of just three states that permanently bans ex-felons from voting unless they get clemency. If approved by 60 percent of voters in the fall, the amendment would restore voting rights to more than 1.5 million Floridians
