Funny how things change. In 1963, people robbed banks. In 2014, banks rob people.
The times, they are a-changin’.

So, there’s a dramatically lower incidence of bank robberies in Southern California? Perhaps because traffic in Los Angeles is so congested, the would-be robbers know they can’t get away from the crime scene by car.
